The IOUO application is an easy to use application.
The first time you use the application, you may want to follow the messages that appears in the application when it first starts up to create your first debt. You can also enable the "Show Tooltip Help" setting by clicking on the "IOUO TOOLKIT MENU", and by reviewing the screenshots on this page.
NOTE: For IOUO to send emails, you need to set your default email program using the following instructions found here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows-vista/change-the-default-e-mail-program.
We are working on improving "I owe you owe" (IOUO), so please let us know what you think about the app and if have any suggestions on improving it, or need any assistance.
