CityNext Assessment for Windows 8.1 is an App for the understanding of a Governments priorities through the Self Assessment Tool of the ISO18091:2014 (Annex B), it allows Government officials through the self-assessment to recognize themselves on how they are covering the minimum needs all citizens should be granted by their Government. It provides a Public Policy focus, while organizing products and services of a Government for citizens. The ISO18091:2014 self-assessment tool is a 4 quadrant with 39 measurable indicators, this being the Institutional Development for Good Government, Sustainable Economic Development, Inclusive Social Development, & Sustainable Environmental Development. The ISO18091 is a standard for the implementation of a Quality Management System, it’s a baseline from which minimum needs can be measured, when covered, then it’s your turn to work on best practices. The CityNext Assessment App uses the ISO18091:2014 language to align technology solutions provided by Microsoft and its Partners through the CityNext Program.
